H.I.S. C.A.T.S. Participants & CLUB Membership – OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES

Applies to All Players, Partners, and Participants
Heart & Integrity Sports (H.I.S.) is a faith-based organization committed to excellence, discipline, and Christian integrity on and off the field. These rules are provided to protect the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of all individuals involved while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for Christian growth and athletic achievement.
1. No Sales or Spam
This is a non-commercial, ministry-focused space.

Selling products or services to other members, whether in-person, by phone, or online, is strictly prohibited.

Spamming, including unsolicited messages or links, is not allowed and will result in immediate removal from the program.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Honor God by honoring the creative work of others.

Do not use or repost any content—images, videos, writings, etc.—without proper permission or citation.

Plagiarism or falsely claiming authorship of another person’s work will not be tolerated.
“Give to everyone what you owe them… if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.” – Romans 13:7
3. No Harassment or Bullying
We operate in love, not hostility.

No targeting, harassment, name-calling, gossip, or intimidation is permitted.

Bullying—whether verbal, physical, emotional, or online—is unacceptable in any form.

Violators will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, including removal.
“Love one another deeply as brothers and sisters. Outdo one another in showing honor.” – Romans 12:10
4. Respect One Another
Disagreements are natural; disrespect is not.

Engage in all discussions with kindness and courtesy.

Listen with humility, respond in love, and avoid sarcasm or argumentativeness.

Our differences should unite us in Christ, not divide us in pride.
“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up.” – Ephesians 4:29
5. Christ-Centered Conduct
Every action should reflect the character of Christ.

Refrain from foul language, suggestive behavior, or promoting anti-Christian values.

Social media activity, public behavior, and personal interaction must align with biblical principles.

Address personal issues in private, not in group settings or on social platforms.
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31
6. Safety First
We prioritize safety in every environment.

Follow all rules during practices, games, and events to prevent injury.

No roughhousing, reckless actions, or ignoring staff direction.

Report injuries or hazards immediately to your coach or leader.
“Be careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise.” – Ephesians 5:15
7. Modesty and Representation
We represent Christ before we represent any team.

Dress appropriately, whether on the field or off.

Clothing must be modest, clean, and free from offensive messages or images.

Language, attitude, and appearance should reflect Christian character at all times.
“Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” – Colossians 3:12
8. Mandatory Uniform & Team Wear
All players officially on the roster or actively participating in any game or practice must wear approved H.I.S. uniforms and team attire at all times.

Uniforms are mandatory during games, team photos, tournaments, and any on-field or official club activity.

Failure to wear the correct uniform may result in removal from the game or event.

Team-issued apparel (jerseys, warm-ups, gear) must not be altered or misused.

Team wear should be clean, in good condition, and worn with pride and humility.

9. Attendance & Participation
Be present and participate with purpose.

Regular attendance at practices, meetings, and games is expected for all rostered players.

If you are unable to attend, communicate with leadership in advance.

Come prepared, on time, and ready to give your best for your team and the Lord.
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
10. Technology & Social Media Use
Use digital tools responsibly.

Avoid posting anything online that would reflect poorly on Christ, your team, or H.I.S.

No screenshots, recordings, or sharing of private group communications without permission.

Cyberbullying, foul language, or inappropriate images will result in consequences.

11. Conflict Resolution
We seek peace over pride.

Resolve conflicts biblically and respectfully.

Do not escalate issues publicly or through gossip.

Bring unresolved matters to a coach, mentor, or staff member promptly.
“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone…” – Matthew 18:15

All members, players, and partners of H.I.S. C.A.T.S. Club are expected to follow these rules with integrity and maturity. Failure to comply may result in a warning, disciplinary meeting, or removal from the club or team, depending on the situation.
These rules are not just about behavior—they are about representing Jesus Christ in everything we do. We are building more than athletes. We are building kingdom leaders with heart, humility, and honor.
