The Participant Membership is designed for youth and adult athletes looking to grow in sports, faith, and fellowship. As part of H.I.S. C.A.T.S., members join a Christ-centered athletic community that promotes integrity, teamwork, and spiritual growth through organized sports, mentorship, and service.

What’s Included:

• Access to up to 3 team sports (seasonal & based on availability)

• Basic team T-shirt with sport identification

• Dugout Club online access for team communication, strategy, and updates

• Certified Christian coaching and faith-based mentorship

• Invitations to community events, service projects, and spiritual development sessions

Pricing Structure:

• One-time Registration Fee: $99.00 (due at sign-up)

• Monthly Club Membership & Maintenance Fee: $35.00/month

• Additional charges may apply for upgraded uniforms, tournaments, and travel

Billing Terms:

Initial registration is required to activate membership.
Monthly billing recurs beginning the following calendar month.

Age Levels:

• Junior Varsity: Ages 6–12

• Varsity: Ages 13–18

• Elite: Ages 18+
  (Mascot category available for ages 1–5)

Payment Method:

Invoiced upon registration. Monthly billing begins the following month.

Return & Refund Policy

All Participant Memberships, including registration fees and monthly maintenance fees, are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, it is considered final and may not be refunded for any reason, including withdrawal or absence.

Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available, we do allow for limited exchanges in the following cases:

• Incorrect T-shirt size or item received

• Change in sport selection prior to team assignments or first practice

To request an exchange, contact us at info@hiscats.com within 7 days of receiving your item or prior to your team’s first scheduled activity.

No cash refunds. Exchanges only.

Shipping Information

All participant gear and materials, including T-shirts and team-related items, are processed and shipped after full registration is completed and team assignments are confirmed.

Processing Time:

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once registration and payment are received. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or special events.

Shipping Methods:

Standard shipping is provided via USPS, UPS, or an equivalent carrier. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping fees may be included in your Participant Membership or invoiced separately depending on the size and quantity of items.

Pickup Option:

Local pickup may be available at designated team meetings or practice sessions. Details will be provided by your coach or team liaison.
